Design and Research
Keeping a close eye on market trends and developments is essential, with particular attention to product sustainability. Our in-house design department works on a seasonal basis to develop new ideas in line with our clients’ needs.

Prototype Creation
Once the fabric has been cut, the first garment prototypes are created, turning the initial concept into a tangible product. At this stage, what was previously just an idea can finally be seen, touched and evaluated.

Garment Development
Once the fitting and refinement stages are complete, the garment is ready for production and market launch. Based on the required sizes and colour variations, the garments are prepared and packaged for delivery to the designer.

Final Garment Creation
Following the development and fitting stages, it is time to finalise every detail, carefully checking buttons, pockets, buttonholes and all the finishing touches that contribute to the overall harmony of the garment. The finished piece is then pressed and prepared for delivery.

Logistics and Shipping
Corporate logistics involves a complex range of interconnected activities. It primarily covers the procurement of raw materials and components, their storage in the warehouse and their distribution to the various production departments.
It also manages the packaging of finished goods and their transportation through the distribution network.
